Let me start by stating that this company is the best pool service company we have ever had taking care of our pools. We own two pools, one is complicated and the other is very small and simple. They take care of both of these pools in the Memorial and Spring Branch areas of Houston.

My idea of a wonderful vendor relationship is the vendor that you never have to call due to an issue from them/ their staff. This is that company...they do a fantastic job.

I have had them install a new light fixture, run new electricity and install a chlorinator at our smaller pool in Spring Branch. FANTASTIC - job done on time and done right.

At our Memorial pool they installed an iAqualink motherboard to our existing equipment. I had already researched the price of the part and acquired a quote from another pool vendor that works in the area. I went with Olympic Pools as their price was very reasonable for the install and part price.

Their employees, especially lead pool tech, are all so respectful and professional and the ladies in the office are wonderful too. Especially Rhiana who has been my primary contact. I even think I have been able to get a hold of them on Saturday's although I do not know if that is a regular business day for the company.

Absolutely, hands down, without a doubt, the best pool company we have worked with in the Houston area.
