If it were possible to give zero stars, I would ve certainly done so. Fellowship hall looks nice from the exterior; however, the staff, nurses, et al are extremely rude, two-faced, nearly impossible to work with, and truly only care about people of a certain age. In other words, if you re not young and fit, you likely won t be able to stay in the program. AGE DISCRIMINATION at it s absolute finest. I recommend finding somewhere else in the area to spend your $20,000 on recovery. These people will tell you one thing on the phone only to completely change their tune after they get your money in hand. The good old bait and switch is their bread and butter. Awful experience that almost cost my mother her life. Do not let them swindle you; they re sales people first and foremost; patents/clients are third or fourth priority.
