I had a mixed experience with Freecaravan. The booking process was smooth, but the caravan we rented had some issues. The staff was responsive and tried to resolve the problems, but they couldn't fully fix them. It was disappointing, especially considering the high rates. I hope they improve their vehicle maintenance.
