Corruption is their middle name. Entire public sector in Serbia is forced to purchase more and more of their software, mostly unneccecary one.
They manage their "success" solely by draining money from the publicly owned / Government enterprises.

Hall of fame product feature: on Outlook 16, Micro$oft managed to break ages old basic Windows UI, so adding an e.g. mail filter one must click Apply first in order to save a filter rule, and only then shall click OK. If OK is clicked w/o previous Apply action, filter is NOT saved and simply vanishes. Really? Since when OK does not do Apply behind the scenes? So basically in this case on a dialog box with three distinct buttons: OK, Cancel and Apply - two are redundant (OK and Cancel doing the same thing) What an epic fail.
