I had a mixed experience with stereobot. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. They were prompt in responding to my queries and provided clear explanations. On the other hand, the product I received was not up to my expectations. It had some faulty parts and the overall quality was not as good as I had hoped. Despite this, their support team was great and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
