I called into the Hospital this morning to make an appointment to visit Dr. Alexander. Upon making the call the woman whose on duty @11:00am 22/02/2020 answered with her usual greetings. However having been brought up with manners I told her good morning in which in turn she outright refused to reciprocate. Is this the standard behaviour of your employees? This is very unprofessional and distasteful
