I received excellent service from the staff at Aesthetic & General Dentistry. My positive experience started from the moment I made the appoinent with Christy over the phone. Camila performed the Zoom! process in a timely, relaxed and efficient process. The last time I had the Zoom! process was in 2004. That was an amazing experience as it made a signifcant improvement in the color of my teeth. But the Zoom! experience is not why I am posting this review.

Today's visit was first-class from the moment I checked in the office with Jennifer. She was pleasant, attentive, and thourough with updating the paperwork process. She also asked me if I needed additional dental services. As I was thinking of obtaining a second opinion regarding a cleaning and Xrays that were performed at a different office last week, I took her up on the offer.

She requested my Xrays from my previous dentist, and asked Dr. Doug Johnson to review them and perform an exam. Upon meeting Dr. Johnson, I was impressed with his presense, confidence, and caring disposition. He was not rushed and offered to take a close look at my teeth, as he did not find and cavities on the Xrays (contrary to last week's diagnosis from my previous dentist). He performed a thourough exam and confirmed that he did not see any signs of decay.

I am pleased to say that Dr. Johnson is my new dentist, as he saved me an unnecessary visit to have my first filling unnecessarily performed next week.
