My husband & I had a follow up phone call in response to our previous review from the new Studio Manager, Sam Rich at Standale Studio. We were very pleased and impressed by his communication, understanding of our frustration and the desire to try to make it right. Although what happened cannot be changed, "can't put toothpaste back in the tube once it's out", Sam was very sincere in his concern for our experience. We believe it would have been a whole different experience if Sam had been with Standale back in 2018. We wanted to publicly thank Sam for reaching out to us.
