I found John Wai over the quarantine as I was looking for a fun new way to stay in shape and was drawn to learning Muay Thai. John Wai Martial Arts has gone well above and beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but makes sure you are working hard for the entire class. The schedule provides many opportunities throughout the week to attend classes as well as many virtual offerings. I personally have only attended the in person classes because I am happy with the precautions they are taking at the gym - limited class sizes, sanitizing between each classes, masks required, and a few others. I recommend John Wai to anyone interested in martial arts, or just looking for a way to mix up their traditional work out routine. Big shout outs to David, Daniel and Maria !
