I recently used United Crane Services for a construction project and I have to say they were average at best. The equipment they provided was in decent condition, but their communication and customer service left a lot to be desired. There were several instances where they failed to return my calls or address my concerns in a timely manner. Overall, I would consider using them again if I couldn't find a better option, but I would definitely explore other companies first.
