The overall experience with LimeLite was average. Although the website was easy to navigate and find information, the customer service could be improved. The response time was quite slow, and it took a while to get a resolution to my issue. However, once my problem was resolved, the service provided was satisfactory. Overall, LimeLite is a decent company with room for improvement.
