I'm relatively new to North Valley Bank, but so far, my experience has been great. Their website is easy to use, and their customer service is excellent. I had a few initial questions that were promptly answered by their helpful support team. The interest rates on their savings accounts are also competitive. I look forward to continuing my banking relationship with North Valley Bank.
