I have been a customer of Ishimitsu & co. ltd. for about a year now, and I must say that their services are average. While they offer a wide range of products, the quality is not always up to par. On multiple occasions, I have received items that were damaged or poorly packaged. However, their customer service is decent, and they have always been prompt in addressing any issues. I hope they take my feedback into consideration and improve their overall service.
