I recently used this company's services for a cross-country delivery. The experience was alright, nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. However, there were some issues with communication. It took a bit longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The delivery itself was on time, but the packaging of the goods could have been better. Some items arrived slightly damaged, although nothing major. The pricing seemed fair, although not the absolute cheapest option out there. Overall, it was an average experience. Nothing too exceptional, but also nothing terrible. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find a better alternative, but I hope they improve their communication and packaging in the future.
