I recently visited a spa and salon that I discovered online. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had information about the services offered. The spa and salon itself had a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff were polite and greeted me upon arrival. However, the service I received was not exceptional. The treatment I booked felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail I was expecting. Additionally, the prices were a bit higher compared to other salons in the area. While I appreciate the convenience of booking online and the overall ambiance of the establishment, I would have expected a higher level of service for the price I paid. In the future, I may explore other options before booking again.
