I am a frequent traveller and this is by far, the worst customer service that I have experienced. The hotel staff is extremely laid back and unapologetic about everything. It took me 30 minutes and 7 calls to the HK to get an iron with a board which had a broken leg. The laundry does not come even after 24 hours in spite of a 12 hour turn around. The breakfast buffet is served till 1030 but 1000 onwards the waiters will come in turns and keep pushing you to hurry up. Hotels like these bring a bad reputation to the city. I will never suggest this place for business travel.
