I recently had the opportunity to work as a mystery shopper for a company that specializes in gathering customer feedback. While the experience was not outstanding, it was certainly not disappointing either. The payment process was prompt and the communication from the company was decent. However, I felt that the number of available assignments was limited and there could be more variety in the types of shops offered. Additionally, the compensation for each assignment was just average compared to other mystery shopping companies. Overall, I had an average experience working with this company, neither overly impressed nor dissatisfied.
