Wanted to love this place.
I ve been to many retreat centers in North America and this place has a definite East Coast vibe. Very much like Kripalu.
Didn t appreciate the rigid meal times with no snacks available for those arriving late. (Don t be late, I observed staff standing on sidelines and rushing to shut everything down as soon as the minute struck the end of mealtimes)
Also, they have staff at dining hall entrances checking your status and counting patrons.
Wonderful teachings and programs.
Registration staff were very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful surroundings, I went during fall foliage and it was wonderful to see and smell the fresh air.
Awesome library.
Completed a couple workshops at Omega over the years and I am glad I went.
