I recently availed the services of an insurance company, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. From the very beginning, I faced many issues. The website was not user-friendly, and it took ages to find the required information. The claim process was a nightmare. The customer support team was unresponsive, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
