I had a few issues with my order from Stangelmayer gmbh & co. The product I received was slightly damaged and it took a while to get a response from customer service. However, once I connected with them, they were helpful in resolving the issue and offered a replacement. The quality of their products is good, but the overall experience could have been smoother.
