I have been a resident of Stoney Brook for a couple of years now, and I must say that the homeowners' association has done an excellent job in maintaining our community. The landscaping is beautiful, and the common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The association staff is friendly and quick to address any concerns. I appreciate their efforts in keeping our neighborhood a pleasant place to live.
