As a customer, I found the TV company's website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The layout and design were modern and appealing. However, I was disappointed by the lack of updated content and information on their programming. It would have been helpful to see more detailed schedules and show descriptions. Additionally, the customer service response time was slower than expected, and I encountered some difficulties with billing and account management. On the positive side, the streaming quality was good, and I appreciated the variety of channels offered. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I hope to see improvements in content updates and customer service in the future.
