I recently purchased some ceramic components from this company and found their products to be of average quality. While the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, the communication from the company was lacking. I had some questions about the products and it took a while to receive a response from their customer service team. The shipment arrived on time, but the packaging was not as secure as I had hoped, which resulted in a couple of the components being chipped. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and product packaging.
