Avoid, here s my bad experience

Arrived a little early for appointment at Eltham Leisure Centre (10 minutes), finally find Osteo and confirm appointment time.

No greeting, smile, chit chat, just got told to sit and wait.

Watch the Osteo as he spends the next 10min, texting and updating diary. Which I am ok with, given I was early.

He leaves room, saying nothing

15mins go by; my appointment is now 20min late and I cannot find the Osteo. End up having to leave.

My advice, find a professional company that cares about its clients, this one certainly does not.
