As a customer, I found the services provided by this CPA firm to be average. The staff were professional and knowledgeable, but I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. The fees were reasonable, and they were able to complete my tax return accurately and in a timely manner. However, I would have appreciated more personalized attention and follow-up. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and responsiveness. I would consider returning for future tax needs with the hope that they enhance their client interaction. 🙂
