Worst experience ever!.

To start, condo units managed by this company are old and dangerous. We were almost burned alive because the housekeeping didn't turn off the fireplace all the way down and the sofa which was placed too closely to the fireplace caught on fire early in the morning. After the incident, not only did the company failed to apologize for the problem, they wanted to charge an ridiculous amount for an very old polythene chair and a "removal" fee on top of it.

In addition, the water heater in a 3 bedroom + 1 loft condo unit can only support 3 people taking a shower continuously. Yes, 4 bedroom unit can only support 3 ppl showering........ My GF got nothing but cold water in the shower, and after we called the maintenance, the person told me a 3 hour waiting time after 3-4 people take a shower.... This is just ridiculous... Avoid this place like the plague.
