I have ordered some items online and it was supposed to be sent between 7 - 21 days. It is now nearly a month and week later and I have not received a word nor can I reach any person to assist. The delivery is to South Africa by aircraft. I was given a name of a person and spoke to him telephonically 3 times briefly (Hallo) but he could not speak and was in a hurry. I wonder if this is legitimate?
