This location is all about sales and not about customer service. I went in the store having never been to an Ashley Furniture. I even opened up a new credit card with them and I chose my bed. The sales rep knew my mattress was on back order and did not tell me so she would not lose the sale. I ended up learning that my mattress would be delivered 4-5 days later after waiting 9 days for the bed set. I called the store and the store manager Adam provided an appeasement over the phone and when I followed up in person at the store he was acting as if he had NEVER spoke with me before. He gave me a small credit and I told him I was calling corporate because I was being mistreated and misinformed and he threatened me and yelled "well give me back the gift card I gave you since you're calling corporate!" Overall horrible experience.
