I have been a customer of Think Beyond Media Ltd for quite some time now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a decent range of media services, I often find their customer support to be lacking. It takes them a long time to respond to queries and the resolution of issues is not always satisfactory. On the positive side, their pricing is competitive, and they deliver on time. Overall, I would rate them as average.
