Riverlynx Limited was not able to meet my requirements as expected. The communication was poor, and the turnaround time for my project was longer than agreed upon. I had to constantly follow up to get updates, which was frustrating. The final outcome was satisfactory, but I would have preferred a smoother experience. I hope they make improvements in their project management and communication.
