We had a memorial service planned for my dad who passed away at 96. He was a B-17 pilot in WWII. We were working with another funeral home as part of a prepaid arrangement.

We wanted a post mass service to honor his time in the military and despite several requests for assistance to set it up, our funeral home failed to help.

We accidentally witnessed a service for another vet organized by Veterans Funeral Care at our church during a planning meeting . After hearing our story, Jimmy Rudolph jumped in to help us and we had a beautiful presentation of the colors, Taps and the support of The Patriot Guard Riders. They asked us for nothing in return.

We can't properly express the gratitude we felt. The service would not have been the same without their help. We heartily recommend working with them if you have lost a loved one who served.
