Unfortunately, after being happy with our initial purchase of our Jeep Cherokee from Troncalli, we returned for service. NOT a happy experience.

Took the Cherokee there with a headlight out. After diagnosis, they told us the bulb would be $275 plus $40 for labor. This seemed excessive so we did some research. This bulb (OEM) costs $60 on Amazon. We understand they need to make some profit but 350% markup??? When my husband brought this to the attention of the service advisor, he accused him of harassment.

So, my husband looked up an installation video on YouTube, got the bulb from Amazon and installed it in 8-10 minutes. Saved $250 compared to the thieves at Troncalli.

DON'T GO THERE FOR SERVICE!
