😍 Noir is an amazing bar with a wonderful ambiance and incredible drinks. The staff is always welcoming and provides excellent service. I love the attention to detail in their cocktails, and how they constantly strive to create unique and delicious flavors. Definitely one of my favorite spots in town! ❤️
