My experience at Hotel minerva - restaurant nan - jing was average. The food was decent but nothing exceptional. The service was prompt and the staff was friendly. However, the overall atmosphere of the place was a bit underwhelming. I expected more from a highly-rated establishment like this. Overall, it was just an okay experience.
