I had a long wait when I called for help but final...

I had a long wait when I called for help but finally reached someone. All other interactions were via e-mail. The main problem was the tracking number. I was incredibly confused and was grateful when everything was resolved. They could do better in terms of customer service, but overall, it was an average experience.
