If only it was possible to give less than one star...

If only it was possible to give less than one star. This organization is the archaic and backwards. Every person I've ever spoken to on the phone has been outright rude and will refuse to help you in any way unless you pay them money to access your own information. Of course none of this matters because they are the last word in the industry and don't care what happens to any individuals they deemed competent enough to receive one of their precious licenses.
