I had a mixed experience with Prime Management and Property. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries and address any concerns I had. On the other hand, I had a few issues with the property itself. There were some maintenance issues that took longer to resolve than I would have liked. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
