Called and spoke with a sales agent. Provided email and images clearly indicating all specs required. Followed up after 4 days. No response. Called approx 2 weeks later. Same sales agent attempted several times to challenge the validity of the information provided via email (as we were reading it through together). Once it was clear that all necessary information was in the email, and there was no apparent reason for delay, despite several attempts, I somehow couldn't clearly communicate the concept of "I need our order as soon as possible" to the agent when asked for a date. My order was simply refused. Happily I contacted Design One nearby who quoted me in 15mins, provided proofs and fulfilled my order in 48 hours. 1 Star review only because zero stars not an option.
