One of worst Marriott's I've stayed at. Starts by fact that they hire employees that seem to have ZERO customer service skills and ZERO motivation to work. When I came down to check out at 7am on a Saturday..NO ONE was at the front counter. I had to use a phone on the desk to find someone as the clock was ticking and had to get to airport. The lady that came out appeared sleepy and had to ask her twice for a correct FINAL BILL. In addition, the rooms are dated and everything looks worn out. The pub grill in the lobby is also a complete disaster run by the same type of lazy, incompetent and ZERO motivated employees. This is a MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. The GM has a portrait of himself in the lobby. He needs to make a presence and address these issues immediately. Its an embarrassment to the MARRIOTT BRAND.
