I recently had an experience with a restoration company that fell short of expectations. 🏚️ The service felt lacking in communication, and the timeline provided for the project was unclear. Despite the initial promise of thoroughness, I didn’t feel that my concerns were fully acknowledged or addressed. 😕 Overall, it was not the level of professionalism I hoped for.
