Front desk and bell staff are extremely friendly and the food was always good but our room (as were others we were told) was extremely musty/moldy smelling. When we notified staff they had housekeeping spray some air freshener which was akin to putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound but at least they tried to rectify the situation. Service at the main restaurant was painfully slow all 4 times we dined but again, the food was good. The hotel itself is nice overall and well equipped and there were always snacks and water in the lobby which were much appreciated. :)
