Rumsey construction originally built my house in 2008. In 2016 when Hurricane Matthew came through Columbia, a tree fell on my house. Rumsey folks saw the Facebook post and said call us and we will come out. I did and they were wonderful. After the tree was removed, they were here and had a tarp on the roof, and the wet insulation removed and they then dealt with the insurance company.
We had 3 holes in the roof and after they were repaired , a new roof was put on. Inside we had damage to the dining room ceiling. This was fixed and the whole kitchen and dining room ceiling and walls were repainted. Also any extra work outside was done.
My lovely house looked as good as the day it was built.
The whole crew were pleasant, caring and very good workers. Many remembered working on my house in 2008 and knew which parts of my house they had built.
I am having some work done on my front porch right now and I called Rumsey as I knew they would do a great job.
I can not thank them enough. it was like having family working with us. Thanks so much to all of those people at Rumsey.
