I have been a customer of Global fleet solutions (i) private limited for over a year now, and I must say, their services are average. The overall experience has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The rates are competitive, but I feel that the customer support could be more responsive. I haven't faced any major issues till now, but I have had some minor difficulties that took longer to resolve than expected.
