The customer service I received from Sunday times was average. They were able to answer my questions and provide assistance when needed. However, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and it took me some time to find the information I was looking for. It would be great if they could improve the user interface and make it more user-friendly.
