As a CUSTOMER, I want to express my thoughts about the Flint Hills Metropolitan Planning Organization. I believe that they are doing a decent job overall. The website is informative and easy to navigate, providing useful resources for those interested in urban planning and transportation. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and engagement with the community. It would be great to see more public involvement opportunities and a stronger presence on social media. Nonetheless, I appreciate the organization's efforts in creating a more sustainable and efficient transportation system.
