not very good at all, brand new building and water...

not very good at all, brand new building and water pipes were already rusted through among other things. and because I live in a building they help themselves into my unit whenever they like even though its illegal. make sure you hide all your valuables because you don't even know what kind of people work for them when their breaking into your house, and they don't even deny it.
