I have been attending the local YMCA for a few months now and I am extremely impressed with the facilities and the staff. The gym is well-equipped with modern equipment, and there is a wide range of classes available. The trainers are professional and knowledgeable, and they always make sure to provide proper guidance and support. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. The Capital Area YMCA has definitely exceeded my expectations and I am grateful to be a member.
