I have had a mixed experience with Ethos Gold. While their website was well-designed and easy to use, I found some of the information to be misleading. It would have been helpful if they provided more accurate details about their projects. However, their customer service was responsive and resolved my concerns promptly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
