I had a bit of trouble finding the right doula on Doulapp. While the website was easy to use, it didn't have many doulas listed in my area. I had to expand my search radius, which made it inconvenient. Additionally, the user interface could be improved for a smoother experience. However, once I found a doula, she provided great support during my birth. Overall, it was an average experience.
