Great location, the infinity pool is awesome, room...

Great location, the infinity pool is awesome, room was big and bed comfy. The whole place (except for the lobby) is starting to show its age. The pool had multiple broken and missing tiles. The room did not have a shower, just a tub. And the water did not get hot at times. Biggest complaint is I reserved 3 chairs at the pool a day in advance, even checked in again the morning of the make sure they still had the reservation. When the reserved time came, they had not actually reserved any seats. The staff spent 20 minutes going around trying to get people to give up their seats for us (not very nice or professional)
